Invited Clubs is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily food and beverage service at the club’s restaurant operations. You will ensure service quality, safety compliance, and member satisfaction while supporting the Restaurant Director during busy periods.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, staff development, and maintaining Invited’s high standards of hospitality across breakfast, lunch, and dinner shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years in food & beverage, restaurant, or private club setting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with guest-service focus.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and manage busy dining periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Invited service standards and exceptional guest experience.
• Supervise service staff and ensure high-quality execution during shifts.
• Oversee reservations, floor plans, and room setups for events and meals.
• Lead staff meetings, training sessions, and on-the-floor coaching.
