Job summary

Gold's Gym PNW in Kirkland, WA seeks an Operations Manager to lead daily club operations, elevate member experience, and develop a high-performing team. You will partner with the Club Manager to achieve revenue goals through member growth, retention, and retail performance.

The role oversees front desk, Kids Club, cleanliness, inventory, and service standards, serves as manager on duty, and helps ensure safe, efficient, and profitable club operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of leadership or management experience.
• Experience leading teams and achieving goals.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop team members to deliver member experiences.
• Oversee front desk, member services, Kids Club, and club standards.
• Drive revenue through member acquisition, retention, and retail performance.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.
