Job summary

Seville Golf & Country Club, a premier private club in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking a Club Manager to lead multi-department operations, drive member satisfaction, and uphold service excellence. The role reports to the General Manager and may assume department head responsibilities as needed.

You will oversee budgeting, staffing, member experience, and coordinated events while fostering a positive club culture and maintaining high standards of service.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years of experience in club management, hospitality, or related field.
• 1 year of experience managing budgets and cost controls to impact profitability.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage the annual financial budget with forecasting and cost controls.
• Collaborate with department heads on operational matters across key areas (Agronomy, Facilities, Fitness & Wellness, Food & Beverage, Golf Operations, Member Experience, Sales).
• Lead recruitment, training, development and performance management of staff.
• Oversee labor scheduling and budgeting with accurate time reporting.
