Job summary

Invited is seeking a Club Manager for Seville Golf & Country Club in Phoenix, AZ. The role reports to the General Manager and oversees multiple departments to maintain club standards and enhance the member experience.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years in club management or hospitality and a track record of budgeting and leadership. Bachelor’s degree and relevant certifications are preferred. The position emphasizes service excellence and program development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of experience in club management, hospitality, or related field.
• 1+ year of experience managing budgets and making expense decisions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with General Manager to prepare and manage the annual budget and labor planning.
• Lead recruitment, training, development, and performance management.
• Oversee scheduling and budgeting of labor costs with accurate time reporting.
• Attend and lead department head and sales meetings.
• Promote member experience by designing engaging club programming and events.
• Oversee operations of athletics, fitness, and pool facilities to ensure safety and quality.
