24 Hour Fitness USA, LLC is seeking an Operations Lead to partner with the General Manager and a team of attendants and Sales & Service staff. You will support daily operations, facility upkeep, and member service to deliver an outstanding experience and drive member growth.

In this role you will model our service promise, lead by example, and foster a positive, results-driven culture focused on member satisfaction and strong business performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Experience supervising and directing work of Team Members.
• Availability and willingness to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Certifications in FirstAid/CPR or personal training.

Responsabilités

• Drive club performance by executing daily operational standards and aiming to exceed budget.
• Serve as Manager on Duty, overseeing day-to-day operations and maintaining a clean, welcoming club.
• Lead Club Attendants and Sales & Service Team to deliver consistent service and resolve issues.
• Own member issue resolution by proactively addressing concerns and inquiries.
• Support member retention through coaching and development of frontline staff.
• Improve club upkeep by monitoring cleaning routines and coordinating with Facilities for maintenance.
• Assist General Manager with scheduling support, timekeeping, and dress code compliance.
• Manage inventory and front desk materials to keep the club clean and well stocked.
