Job summary

Diamond Baseball Holdings, owner of the Sugar Land Space Cowboys and partners in the Diamond Baseball Holdings network, seeks a Business Manager to support club operations, finance, and HR workflows at Constellation Field in Sugar Land, TX. The role interfaces with the Club GM, Corporate Finance, and HR teams to ensure accurate payroll, invoices, and local operations.

The successful candidate will handle day-to-day activities, payroll onboarding, banking tasks, invoicing, and reporting, while

Qualifications

Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
Experience in an office environment and basic understanding of accounting principles.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.
Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

Assist the Club General Manager in day-to-day activities.
Support Corporate Finance with bank deposits and gameday cash operations.
Process onboarding and payroll for seasonal employees and ensure trainings/compliance.
Act as I-9 Agent for staff; ensure 100% compliance.
Create invoices for Club partnerships and manage vendor relations.
Provide reports to the GM to aid business decisions.
