Role Description The Club Manager in Training role is a full-time, on-site position based in Riverside, CA. The individual in this role will learn all aspects of club operations, including membership sales, customer service, staff supervision, and daily facility management. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with members and guests, supporting front desk and sales activities, monitoring club cleanliness and safety, and assisting with scheduling and team coordination. The Club Manager in Training will work closely with senior club leadership, follow established operational processes, and participate in training programs to prepare for future management responsibilities. Qualifications
