Job description

We are looking for a motivated Club Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for growing our memberships and creating an exceptional experience for current and prospective members.

You are driven, a natural people person, and thrive in roles where you are incentivized and rewarded by your achievements. Your passion for health and fitness inspires you to help others find joy in leading their best lives!

Responsibilities:
  1. Execute sales process for new memberships
  2. Conduct gym tours to guests and potential members
  3. Achieve minimum production requirements and sales quotas
  4. Stay up-to-date on company pricing and promotions
  5. Enthusiastically greet members, prospective members, and guests
  6. Provide a high-level of customer service to all members and prospective members
  7. Help enforce facility rules and regulations, ensuring the facility is clean and safe
Qualifications:
  1. Previous sales experience in fitness membership sales preferred
  2. Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required
  3. Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships and other services
  4. Passion for health & fitness
  5. Basic computer proficiency
Benefits (For full-time team members only):
