  • Culture creators: Assistant Club Managers love creating an environment that inspires members and guests to share their positive experiences with friends and family. They deliver top-notch customer service and aim to improve the lives of each person they meet.
  • Convert leads to members through daily follow-ups, relationship building, and the ability to emphasize and follow through.
  • Responsible for outbound phone calls, sales and lead nurturing, converting delinquent accounts, member retention, oversight of cleaning and entire club operations, ongoing motivation, and posting to Anytime Fitness social media.
