Crunch Fitness is hiring a Club Manager to lead operations, financial performance, and culture at our Rhode Island club. You will own the P&L, drive membership sales, and champion Crunch's No Judgments culture.

The role requires a dynamic, results-driven leader who engages on the floor, develops talent, and delivers an exceptional member experience daily.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Sports Management, or related field.
• Age: minimum 18 years old. CPR/AED certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire.

The Club Manager Role

The Club Manager (General Manager) is the ultimate leader and driver of operational excellence, financial performance, and team culture within the club. Responsible for the overall operations, financial oversight, and member experience, you are the captain of the ship. This high-visibility leadership role demands an entrepreneurial mindset, strong business acumen, a passion for developing talent, and an unwavering commitment to our "No Judgments" culture.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Building the Dream Team: Recruit, hire, train, and inspire a world-class team of Assistant Managers, Front Desk Staff, Personal Trainers, and Group Fitness Instructors. Lead with energy, conduct regular huddles, and mentor your staff for career growth and retention.
• Driving the Business: Take total ownership of the club’s P&L and revenue streams. Lead membership sales strategies, drive personal training integration, and implement local gym marketing initiatives to exceed monthly revenue and profitability targets.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee daily club operations to guarantee peak performance, compliance, and safety. Conduct routine facility inspections to ensure equipment maintenance, cleanliness, and vendor standards are consistently top-tier.
• Member Success & Retention: Create an unmatched member experience from day one. Cultivate an energetic, inclusive atmosphere, address member feedback directly, and foster a strong sense of community within the club.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education & Basics: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sports Management, or related field preferred. Minimum age of 18. CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire).
• Management Pedigree: 3+ years of successful General Manager / Operations Manager experience in fitness, retail, hospitality, or multi-unit commercial environments.
• Proven Track Record: Documented history of leading high-performing teams, managing P&L budgets, and consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Schedule Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
