We are searching for a Club Manager to join our team! As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for overseeing club operations to ensure an exceptional “Judgement Free” member experience. You will manage hiring and training for all club employees, lead the team positively and motivate employees, and ensure the club's financial success.

Responsibilities include:

1. Staff Management:
   • Create staffing schedules ensuring all shifts are covered.
   • Lead by example, train, and coach staff to provide excellent customer service.
   • Handle HR forms, employee issues, disciplinary actions, and provide backup support during absences.
2. Customer Service/Front Desk Activities:
   • Greet members and guests, ensuring they feel welcome.
   • Answer phones, assist with questions, check members in, and promote memberships.
   • Handle member questions and conduct transactions at the point of sale.
3. Member Accounts:
   • Assist with new memberships, address changes, billing, and refunds using POS system.
4. Club Cleanliness and Maintenance:
   • Maintain cleanliness of the front desk, lobby, and all facilities.
   • Oversee equipment and facility repairs, ensuring safety.
5. Miscellaneous:
   • Manage daily bank deposits, order supplies within budget, and track KPIs.
   • Support marketing efforts and staff training on promotions.

Qualifications:

• Preferred 1 year customer service experience, especially in fitness.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be 18+, CPR certification, basic computer skills.
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and diplomacy skills.
• Passion for health and fitness.

Physical Demands:

• Stand and walk continuously during shifts.
• Talk in person and on the phone.
• Lift up to 75 lbs; handle exposure to chemicals.
