Job summary

Life Time in Germantown, TN is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our club safe and fully functional. You will service plumbing, lighting, millwork and door hardware, prioritize repairs, and log activities in the maintenance system in a fast-paced health club setting.

Requires a High School Diploma or GED, 3–4 years of facility maintenance experience, and CPR/AED certification within 30 days of hire. Lifting >20 lbs and standing for long periods are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3–4 years facility maintenance experience or equivalent training.
• CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to routinely bend and lift more than 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Performs maintenance and repairs on assets such as millwork, plumbing, lighting, pool systems, laundry equipment.
• Verifies temperatures, pressures and chemistry meet state, local and company requirements.
• Responds to repair requests and emergency repairs.
• Records all maintenance activity in the Maintenance Tracking software.
