Responsibilities

• Execute hourly walk-throughs of the facility and ensure proper conditions.
• Be visible and interact regularly with members.
• Maintain that everything in the facility is operational.
• Maintain stock of regularly used spare parts for equipment and preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate with outside maintenance vendors and contractors when necessary.
• Attend maintenance meetings as scheduled by management.
• Clock in and out during scheduled shifts for payroll accuracy.
• Inventory control of spare parts and equipment.
• Assist in setup and breakdown of events and activities.
• Support programming with room setup and equipment maintenance.
