Job summary

Elite Sports Clubs in the Milwaukee area is seeking a Housekeeping / Janitorial Supervisor to lead the housekeeping team, uphold cleanliness, safety, and presentation across locker rooms, fitness floors, studios, and common areas. You will guide staff, monitor standards, and ensure operations reflect our commitment to quality and professionalism.

• Experience leading housekeeping staff or janitorial teams.

As our Housekeeping / Janitorial Supervisor, you’ll play a key leadership role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and presentation of the entire club. You’ll guide and support the housekeeping team, ensure high standards are consistently met across locker rooms, fitness floors, studios, and common areas, and help create an environment that reflects our commitment to quality and professionalism.
