The Westin St. Louis is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent to welcome guests, handle check-ins and check-outs, and provide local recommendations.

You will work with a collaborative team, manage cash and card transactions, respond to inquiries with empathy, and support other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Prior hospitality or customer service experience and a high school diploma are preferred; ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

• Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills
