Job summary

Renaissance Indianapolis North, operated by Pyramid Global Hospitality, is seeking a Club Lounge Attendant to greet guests, maintain Club Lounge spaces, and coordinate with culinary teams to ensure top quality experiences. The role includes a 4pm–10pm schedule Sunday through Thursday and a $500 sign-on bonus, with ongoing incentive plans.

Responsibilities

• Help guests discover their Wanderlust experience.
• Set up and maintain food options in Club Lounge; keep space clean.
• Collaborate with culinary team to maintain quality and presentation.
• Provide exceptional customer service with warmth and engagement.
• Build relationships with local restaurants, shops and attractions.
• Resolve issues and WOW guests through recovery when needed.
• Promote and sell special hotel programs.
• Interact professionally with hotel/resort staff and assist other departments.
• Relay all pertinent information to the manager on duty.
• Assist other departments as needed.

What you will have an opportunity to do:

This position is eligible for $500 in sign on bonuses ($250 paid after 30 days, $250 paid after 90 days), monthly attendance and quarterly incentive plans.

Schedule is 4pm - 10pm Sunday through Thursday. This is considered a full time position and eligible for all benefits.

We are looking for a highly motivated individuals to join our Guest Services team as a Club Lounge Attendant. The ideal candidate uses their engaging personality to create a memorable impression for our guests through assisting with the planning of their stay. The Concierge is the top source of knowledge for the guest for everything about the hotel, its amenities, and the local area.

Your Role:

• Help guests discover their “Wanderlust” experience
• Sets up and maintains food options in Club Lounge, cleans and maintains space
• Works closely with culinary team to ensure maintained to quality and presentation standards
• Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interest
• Establishing relationships with local area restaurants, shops and attractions
• Help to resolve problems and “WOW” guests through recovery when things aren’t quite right
• Promote and sell special hotel programs
• Interact with hotel/resort staff in a professional manner, assisting other departments with necessary information
• Communicate all pertinent information to manager on duty
• Assist other departments as needed
