Qualifications

• Background or interest in the particular club activity; school level experience preferred.
• Ability to write routine reports and communicate clearly with students, parents, and staff.
• Ability to plan, supervise, and document club activities and finances.
• Respect district policies and maintain records and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Recruits members for club activities and meetings.
• Plans and supervises all club activities and meetings.
• Maintains all necessary records, reports, and budgetary accounts.
• Oversees fundraising efforts when applicable.
• Secures and maintains equipment and supplies for club activities.
• Represents the district in a professional manner.
• Establishes and maintains standards of student behavior for a safe learning environment.
• Other duties may be assigned according to activity area or building assignments.
