Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice is seeking seasonal Hosts to join our team at Chaifetz Arena in Saint Louis, Missouri. You will welcome guests, manage the host station, and help create an exceptional dining experience for every guest.

This position offers on-site work with flexible shifts, weekly pay, and opportunities for training and development. Prior guest service is preferred, and the team emphasizes a high-energy, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a guest service environment preferred.
• Ability to maintain a high energy level in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to effectively communicate with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Review the floor plan and reservation book daily to create seating charts.
• Seat guests and maintain control of wait times.
• Inspect dining and serving areas to ensure cleanliness and proper setup.
• Speak with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service, respond to complaints, and thank guests as they are leaving.
• Answer the restaurant telephone line during assigned hours of operation.
