Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring seasonal Hosts to join our team at Chaifetz Arena in Saint Louis, Missouri. As a Host, you will welcome guests and manage the host station, helping create a welcoming and efficient pacing for events.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a guest service environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review the floor plan and reservation book daily to create seating charts.
• Seat guests and manage wait times.
• Inspect dining and serving areas for cleanliness and setup.
• Speak with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service, respond to complaints, and thank guests as they are leaving.
• Answer the restaurant telephone line during assigned hours of operation.

  Physical requirements

  • Ability to remain on your feet for the entire length of the shift

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds
