Job summary

Marcus Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Part Time Guest Service Attendant for the Geneva Club at Grand Geneva Resort & Spa in Lake Geneva, WI. You will greet VIP guests, assist with check-ins, and coordinate luggage delivery with Bellstand to ensure a personalized experience.

You’ll provide concierge services for activities, dining, spa, and off-site reservations, and pre-arrival planning. The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, front desk, or hospitality; food and beverage experience a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional language skills preferred but not required.
• Energetic, with a positive attitude and strong organizational skills.
• Creative self-starter, capable of working independently and making decisions.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift items like trays and coffee urns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Adaptable to varying business needs and able to multitask effectively; ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, staying calm during busy times and emergencies.
• Register VIP guests, assist with check-ins, and coordinate luggage delivery with the Bellstand.
• Provide concierge services, arranging hotel activities, dining, spa, and off-site reservations.
• Conduct pre-arrival calls and make initial arrangements for guest stays.
• Maintain a peaceful, service-friendly environment in the Club, including food and beverage service and light housekeeping.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
