Job summary

Invited in Corolla, NC is seeking a Greenskeeper to maintain turf and landscapes to ensure top playability and aesthetics. You?ll perform routine turf care, mowing, fertilizing, irrigation, and help manage landscape areas around the clubhouse.

This outdoor role requires safety-mindedness, operating mowers, aerators, sprayers, and basic repairs, with early mornings and weekend work as needed. Join a team dedicated to excellence and member experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Prior knowledge in landscape management, greenhouse operations, or groundskeeping maintenance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mow greens, fairways, tees, and roughs for proper height and playability.
• Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides per agronomy plan and safety guidelines.
• Water turf areas and adjust irrigation as needed.
• Inspect turf for pests, diseases, or nutrient deficiencies and take corrective actions.
• Operate powered equipment safely (mowers, aerators, sprayers).
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment.
• Maintain landscaping around the clubhouse, including shrubs and trees.
• Trim and prune trees and shrubs to promote healthy growth and aesthetics.
• Assist in constructing/maintaining course features like greens, tees, and bunkers.
• Ensure daily tasks meet club standards and quality expectations.
