Job summary

Regents' Glen Country Club in York, PA is seeking an in-house Maintenance Technician/Handyman to keep our clubhouse, restaurant, pool area, and grounds running smoothly. This role handles a wide variety of basic repairs and upkeep, with occasional errands to local suppliers, and helps set up and break down for special events.

This position requires a versatile, dependable candidate who can tackle whatever comes up on any given day, including patching, painting, minor plumbing/electrical fixes,

Qualifications

• Solid handyman/maintenance skills across trades.
• Reliable, self-motivated with minimal supervision.
• Experience around an active restaurant and events space.
• Experience in facility maintenance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic repairs and maintenance throughout the clubhouse, restaurant, pool area, and grounds.
• Handle handyman tasks—patching, painting, minor plumbing/electrical fixes, furniture and fixture repair, and general troubleshooting.
• Respond to maintenance requests from staff and management promptly.
• Run errands for supplies and materials from local vendors.
• Assist with setup and breakdown for special events as needed.
• Monitor facilities for maintenance issues and flag needs for outside contractors.
• Keep tools, equipment, and spaces organized and in good condition.
• Support seasonal upkeep for indoor and outdoor areas.
