Job summary

Qualifications

• PA driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect premises for irregularities and signs of intrusion.
• Respond to emergency calls and cooperate with authorities.
• Inspect alarm systems and safety equipment to ensure readiness.
• Paint walls, floors, woodwork and fixtures as needed.
• Mend counters, benches and other wooden structures with basic carpentry.
• Perform exterior maintenance including lawn care and snow removal.
• Wash windows and perform other routine maintenance duties.
