Austin Country Club is seeking a dedicated full-time Men's Grill Busser/Server Assistant to help move orders efficiently from servers to the kitchen and maintain smooth service flows in a fast-paced club environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge about the beverage and food service or hospitality industry.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time, move, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Relays information between kitchen and servers to ensure orders are prepared with the correct priority.
• Reports guest comments, complaints, and any employee or guest accidents to management in a timely manner.
• Attends scheduled meetings and training sessions to improve knowledge of the food and beverage industry.
• Fosters a harmonious working climate and thrives in a fast-paced team environment.
