Job summary

Invited is seeking a Server Assistant to support front-of-house operations, ensuring prompt service and a welcoming dining experience for members and guests at our Texas club locations. You will help with setup, service, and cleanup, while upholding safety and cleanliness standards.

This role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and the ability to handle guest requests, with opportunities to participate in events and grow professionally within a dynamic hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in Food and Beverage service.
• Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required by state and city regulations.
• Completion of Invited’s F&B Service Training program.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and effectively.
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate well with team members.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverages to members and guests promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining areas and restock supplies.
• Learn menu items and daily specials to answer questions.
• Greet members/guests warmly and provide assistance.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth dining experiences.
• Handle Member/Guest requests and escalate issues when needed.
• Complete side work and ensure club standards.
• Follow safety and cleanliness guidelines.
• Support events and large parties as needed.
• Attend daily briefings and wear club-standard uniform.
