Job summary

Augusta Country Club Incorporated is seeking a Men’s Grill Bartender to provide prompt, friendly service to Members and guests in Augusta, GA. Roles may include work in Titleholders and must handle orders, prepare drinks, and maintain knowledge of menus.

Shifts include part-time and full-time opportunities with standard hours; a strong focus on hospitality, teamwork, and professional appearance is required.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending or food and beverage experience preferred.
• Excellent time management, organizational, and self-management skills.
• Ability to work efficiently and professionally under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Genuine interest in hospitality and serving Members.

Responsibilities

• Greet Members and guests and provide prompt, friendly, and attentive service.
• Take, ring, prepare, and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to Club standards.
• Maintain knowledge of food, beverage, offerings, and daily menu items.
• Describe menu items and assist Members with selections.
• Anticipate Member needs and provide personalized service throughout their visit.
• Maintain accurate checks and follow Club procedures for payments and POS transactions.
• Keep bar and service areas clean, stocked, organized, and presentable.
• Communicate and work with team members to ensure Member satisfaction.
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude during high-volume periods and events.
• Follow all Club policies, safety standards, and responsible alcohol service requirements.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times.
