Job summary

Chateau Golf Country Club in Braselton, GA, part of Troon’s global hospitality portfolio, seeks a full-time Food & Beverage Manager to lead daily operations, uphold service standards, and manage costs.

You will supervise staff, plan menus with the Executive Chef, oversee inventory and purchasing, train personnel, coordinate events, and ensure sanitation and safety compliance while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent; 6 months to 1 year related experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily F&B operations and ensure member/guest satisfaction and service quality.
• Supervise staff, training, planning, and performance evaluation; schedule and assign work.
• Coordinate menu planning with Executive Chef; manage pricing, ordering, and inventory.
