Overview

The Club Floor Attendant is responsible for providing the highest quality service to guests while maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards. This role involves setting up and maintaining the breakfast buffet, ensuring all tables are clean and presentable, and assisting guests and staff as needed.

Position Details

This is a part-time weekend position, working Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, friendly, helpful, and courteous service to guests, managers, and colleagues.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper stock levels in work areas during meal periods.
• Keep tables clean and properly set according to standards.
• Set up and break down the breakfast buffet area.
• Proactively pre-bus tables and promptly address guest requests.
• Complete daily opening and closing duties and cleaning tasks.
• Assist fellow employees as needed.
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; hotel or related experience is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Physical ability to exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and 50 pounds frequently.
