Position Overview

The Club Floor Attendant provides high-quality service to guests, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards. Responsibilities include setting up and maintaining the breakfast buffet, keeping tables clean and presentable, and ensuring guest satisfaction. This is a part-time weekend position (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).

Responsibilities

1. Be attentive, friendly, helpful, and courteous to guests, managers, and colleagues.
2. Keep work areas clean and stocked according to meal periods.
3. Maintain cleanliness and presentation of tables.
4. Set up and break down the breakfast buffet as per standards.
5. Proactively clear tables and respond promptly to guest requests.
6. Complete opening and closing duties, including cleaning.
7. Assist colleagues as needed.
8. Ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

1. High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
2. Flexible hours; ability to work long shifts sometimes.
3. Ability to exert physical effort, including lifting up to 100 pounds occasionally.
4. Ability to stand throughout the shift.
