Job summary

Invited is seeking a Fitness Supervisor to support the fitness department in delivering high-quality health and fitness services to club members. You will help oversee programs, ensure safety standards, and drive member engagement while supporting staff training and payroll processes.

The role requires at least 1 year in a fitness-related position and current certifications (ACSM, NASM, ACE, PTA Global, NFPT, ISSA, CSCS or NSCA).

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a fitness-related role (personal trainer, group fitness instructor, or fitness coordinator).
• Current certifications listed above (ACSМ, NASM, ACE, PTA Global, NFPT, ISSA, CSCS or NSCA).

Responsibilities

• Assist onboarding for new members, ensuring successful FitStart bookings.
• Monitor FitStart activity and sales performance.
• Develop member engagement initiatives for fitness programs.
• Support payroll and staffing within budget for non-revenue hours.
• Collaborate with Fitness Director/GM on quarterly plans and staff development.
