Job summary

Invited is seeking a Fitness Trainer to create a safe, engaging environment for members and guests, guiding personalized fitness plans and promoting club services. You will supervise programs and help members achieve goals with professional instruction.

Role requires CPR/First Aid/AED certification and active group exercise credentials, with a focus on delivering exceptional member experiences at our private club locations.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience as a Fitness Trainer.
• Current CPR/First Aid/AED certification within 6 months.
• Group exercise instructor certification (AFAA or ACE).
• Active personal training certifications (ACSM/NASM/ISSA/NSCA/CSCS).

Responsibilities

• Assist members and guests with exercise programs and guidance.
• Evaluate fitness needs and tailor appropriate exercise plans.
• Conduct New Member Fit Start appointments and track progress.
• Promote club amenities and fitness services to members.
• Maintain safe, clean fitness areas and equipment.
• Stay current with CPR/AED and pursue ongoing education.
