Job summary

The Fitness Instructor at Invited leads engaging, results-driven fitness classes for our members, creating a positive atmosphere that motivates participants to reach their goals. You will provide expert guidance and address individual needs to ensure safety and effectiveness during each session.

This role requires at least 1 year of group fitness experience, CPR/First Aid and AED certification within the last 6 months, and current group exercise instructor credentials with one of the major

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year experience as a group fitness trainer.
• CPR, First Aid and AED cert within 6 months; certified group exercise instructor with AFAA, ISSA, NETA or ACE.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a service-oriented environment in the group exercise classroom.
• Connect with members and promote fitness activities.
• Provide towel and water service while members exercise.
• Promote facility amenities and club standards.
• Design class curriculums and update choreography/music.
• Attend continuing education opportunities and complete admin tasks.
