Job summary

Life Time is seeking a Facility Ops Team Member to maintain clean, stocked club spaces and deliver friendly customer service. You will help ensure the facility meets Life Time's standards of presentation and safety while supporting daily maintenance tasks.

You will interact with members, manage towels and supplies, and assist with locker rooms and cleanliness throughout shifts. This role starts at $15 per hour with opportunities to progress based on experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to bend and lift 20 lbs regularly.
• Ability to stand and move around the club for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintain indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks
• Wash, fold, and stock towels; keep locker rooms neat
• Manage locker room consumables according to the department budget
• Respond to member inquiries about Life Time products and policies
