Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Facility Ops Team Member to maintain cleanliness across the club and provide excellent customer service. The role ensures the facility is well-presented, stocked, and compliant with Life Time standards.

Key duties include maintaining indoor/outdoor cleanliness, stocking towels, and responding to member questions about Life Time offerings. This is an hourly position with wage range $15.00–$18.00 based on experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to routinely bend to raise more than 20 lbs.
• Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the club for prolonged periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintains club cleanliness and safety with daily maintenance tasks.
• Washes, folds, and stocks member towels; keeps locker rooms neat and orderly.
• Ensures locker room consumables and cleaning products are used within department budget.
• Responds to member inquiries about Life Time products, services, policies and procedures.
