Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Fitness Ventures LLC is seeking a Club Service Attendant to help maintain a safe, clean, and well‑functioning club facility. You will inspect, schedule, and coordinate maintenance tasks while guiding staff on proper facility practices.

Responsibilities include hands‑on maintenance, vendor coordination, and training Club Managers and staff on standards and procedures to ensure readiness before opening.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum age 18 years.
• 1–2 years of facilities maintenance, janitorial services, or building operations experience.
• Experience in health clubs, fitness facilities, or retail preferred.
• Strong knowledge of janitorial procedures, maintenance operations, and safety practices.
• Basic understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and provide guidance to others.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Conduct club inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and maintenance compliance.
• Ensure preventative maintenance tasks are completed and protocols followed.
• Identify facility deficiencies and communicate findings to General Managers.
• Coordinate service schedules and maintenance tasks with club leadership and AMT.
• Participate in new club walkthroughs to ensure facility readiness prior to opening.
• Review inspection results to identify trends, training needs, and improvements.
• Provide technical guidance and support to club staff on maintenance standards.
• Train Club Managers and staff on facility procedures and daily responsibilities.
• Deliver hands‑on training for janitorial staff on cleaning chemicals and safety.
• Coordinate and support vendor‑led training and certification requirements.
• Conduct regular meetings and training sessions with facilities leadership and AMT teams.
• Schedule weekly CSA activities within approved time allocations.
• Support planning and execution of maintenance projects within scope and budget.
• Coordinate vendor services and ensure work meets specifications.
• Execute in‑house maintenance projects when appropriate.
• Communicate with General Managers and AMTs to align on priorities and scheduling.
