Crunch Fitness in New Orleans is seeking a Club Service Attendant to support the facility’s upkeep, cleanliness, and operational readiness. You will help maintain safety and functionality while guiding staff on proper maintenance practices.

This role involves coordinating maintenance with club leadership, performing inspections, and participating in training to uphold Crunch Fitness standards. Strong communication and independent work ability are essential for success in a dynamic health‑club

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• 1–2 years of experience in facilities maintenance, janitorial services, or building operations.
• Health club or retail environment experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of janitorial procedures, maintenance operations, and safety practices.
• Basic understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and provide guidance to others.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability.

Responsabilités

• Conduct club inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and maintenance compliance.
• Complete preventative maintenance tasks and follow operational protocols.
• Identify facility deficiencies and communicate findings to General Managers.
• Coordinate service schedules with leadership and AMT.
• Participate in new club walkthroughs for facility readiness.
• Review inspection results to identify trends and improvements.
• Provide guidance to staff on facility procedures and maintenance expectations.
• Deliver hands‑on training for janitorial staff.
