Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Facility Ops Team Member to maintain cleanliness and deliver exceptional member service at the Westlake, TX club. Responsibilities include keeping the facility clean, stocking supplies, and upholding Life Time’s standards of presentation.

The role requires you to assist with towel services, locker room upkeep, and adhering to budgeted consumable usage while engaging with members to answer questions about Life Time products and policies.

Qualifications

• Must provide great customer service to members.
• Ability to routinely bend to raise more than 20 lbs.
• Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the club for prolonged periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintains indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks.
• Washes, folds, and stocks member towels and ensures the locker rooms are neat and orderly.
• Ensures the usage of locker room consumables, cleaning products, and chemicals follow the amount prearranged by the department budget.
• Responds to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures.
