Job summary

Life Time Inc. in Austin is seeking a Facility Ops Team Member to help keep the club clean and welcoming while delivering great customer service. The role includes stocking supplies and ensuring the facility meets Life Time’s standards of presentation.

Responsibilities include daily maintenance for indoor and outdoor areas, towel handling and locker room upkeep, proper use of cleaning products, and assisting members with product, service, policy, and procedure inquiries.

Qualifications

• Ability to routinely bend to raise more than 20 lbs.
• Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the club for prolonged periods.
• High School Diploma or GED is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks
• Washes, folds, and stocks member towels and ensures the locker rooms are neat and orderly
• Ensures the usage of locker room consumables, cleaning products, and chemicals follow the amount prearranged by the department budget
• Responds to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures
