Job summary

DUS Padel in West Palm Beach is opening this September as a premier padel and wellness destination. We are hiring founding Club Experience Associates to welcome players, learn regulars’ names, and drive membership signups with a hospitality-forward approach.

The role is varied, with duties across check-in, sales, shop, bookings, and events. Flexible hours include weekends; full-time (~40 hrs/week) with overtime-eligibility, and a part-time option.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in players, learning names and levels over time.
• Turn drop-ins and café regulars into members, selling clinics, lessons, leagues, events.
• Drive sales in the NOX pro shop — rackets, footwear, apparel, accessories.
• Manage bookings in Playtomic and use AI scheduling assistant to fill court time.
• Keep the club immaculate and support events, socials, and private buyouts.

DUS is a padel club and wellness destination opening in the heart of West Palm Beach this September — six indoor courts climate-controlled year round, a recovery and spa area with sauna and cold plunge, a wellness-driven café and lounge, and a NOX pro shop.

We're hiring our founding Club Experience Associates — the face of the club. This is not a check-in desk. You'll learn our regulars' names and playing levels while making a first-timer feel just as welcome, with the warmth of a great hotel and the energy of a great gym. We run lean, so the role is varied — everyone here does a bit of everything.

What you'll do

• Greet and check in players, learning names and levels over time
• Turn drop-ins and café regulars into members, and sell clinics, lessons, leagues, and events
• Drive sales in our NOX pro shop — rackets, footwear, apparel, accessories
• Manage bookings and programming in Playtomic, and use our AI scheduling assistant to fill open court time
• Keep the club immaculate, and support events, socials, and private buyouts

Who you are

• Reliable and self-directed, and comfortable with technology
• Comfortable talking about membership and making a sale without being pushy
• Able to move through a full shift, with flexible availability across our hours, seven days a week
