Mesa Padel Club is a new community-first racquet sports destination in the heart of downtown Mesa. We are creating a vibrant, inclusive space where padel is more than a sport; it is a way to connect, move, and belong. Our club blends high-quality facilities, thoughtful programming, and a welcoming atmosphere to offer players of all levels an exceptional on- and off-court experience.
Role Overview
As the first face people see when they walk through our doors, the Front Desk & Guest Experience Associate plays a vital role in setting the tone for our members and guests. With a warm smile and upbeat energy, you'll make everyone feel at home while helping them book courts, learn about our offerings, and get involved with the community. You’ll also play a key role in selling memberships, events, and merchandise—growing the club alongside the rest of our team.
This is more than a front desk job—it’s a launchpad. Whether your passion is community building, marketing, coaching, or operations, we offer a path to grow into roles like Assistant General Manager, Marketing Associate or Assistant Coach.
