Job summary

Invited Clubs is seeking a Server Assistant to support the front-of-house team in delivering food and beverage service and maintaining a welcoming dining environment for members and guests. You will assist with setting up, serving, and restocking while upholding high service standards.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, assisting with menu knowledge, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure a smooth operation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required by state and city regulations.
• Completion of Invited’s F&B Service Training program.
• Previous experience in Food and Beverage service.

Responsibilities

• Assist with delivering food and beverages to members/guests, ensuring prompt service.
• Help maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including setting up tables and restocking supplies.
• Greet members/guests with a friendly attitude, providing basic assistance and ensuring a welcoming environment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth dining experience, providing support as needed.
• Assist in handling Member/Guest requests and complaints, escalating issues as necessary.
• Complete side work and follow safety and cleanliness guidelines.
