Job summary

Invited is seeking a Server 1 to deliver exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests, reflecting the company’s service standards. This role emphasizes warm welcomes, magic moments, and fond farewells, and works closely with team members to provide a seamless dining experience.

As a non-lead position, Server 1 supports dining operations, handles orders promptly, maintains knowledge of the menu, and collaborates to ensure member satisfaction and retention across the club.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in Food and Beverage service.
• Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required by state and city regulations.
• Completion of Invited’s F&B Service Training program.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and effectively.
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate well with team members.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of service following the Invited F&B service training program.
• Provide food and beverage service to members/guests, executing orders in a timely manner.
• Know the à la carte menu, features, and specials.
• Greet members by name and provide a warm welcome.
• Assist team to ensure a seamless member/guest experience through teamwork.
