Job summary

The Hillsboro Club is a luxury oceanfront private residence club in South Florida seeking a Server Assistant to support the F&B Department. This seasonal full-time role requires morning and evening shifts, weekends, and holidays, with pay of $18 to $19 per hour, biweekly.

As a member of a renowned property, you will help deliver exceptional dining experiences to club members and guests while upholding high standards of service and professionalism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with service staff to ensure efficient and accurate meal service.
• Set up and maintain the dining area, including tables, chairs, and other equipment.
• Greet and seat guests, assist with menu recommendations and take drink orders.
• Assist servers with food delivery and retrieval of dirty dishes.
• Refill water glasses and assist with beverage refills as needed.
• Keep dining area clean and organized throughout service.
• Provide timely assistance to guests with special requests or needs.
• Assist with side work and closing duties as directed by the Restaurant Manager.
• Always adhere to health and safety regulations.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Food and Beverage Manager or Dining Room Supervisor.
