CLUB Customer Service Outfitter - Full Time

Position Summary

The CLUB Customer Service Outfitter provides world-class customer service for our guests while presenting customers with the benefits of becoming a CLUB Member. The Outfitter will be the product expert, executing account servicing and other CLUB processes, including acquiring and activating new members, CLUB sales, customer experience, peer coaching, influencing, and regulatory compliance.

Essential Functions
  1. Support a strong commitment to world-class customer service, ensuring a pleasant and productive shopping experience.
  2. Proactively greet customers and offer the opportunity to become a CLUB Member or provide current members with a unique experience.
  3. Execute all CLUB operational and compliance programs.
  4. Demonstrate products to customers.
  5. Stay knowledgeable about advertised sales.
  6. Help meet metric goals for self and store.
  7. Maintain accurate CLUB inventory and keep the CLUB Booth clean and organized.
  8. Provide full CLUB Member experience, including processing payments, answering account questions, and handling applications.
  9. Provide timely and accurate feedback and reports.
  10. Offer peer coaching, recognition, and support as a CLUB advocate.
  11. Assist in other store areas based on business needs.
  12. Perform other duties as assigned.
Experience and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 0 to 2 years of experience preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in customer service environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Adaptability to new processes and procedures.
  • Self-motivated with initiative, able to work independently.

Physical Requirements
  • Stand and/or walk during shift.
  • Hear well enough to communicate effectively.
  • Repeat motions involving wrists, hands, fingers.
  • Assess work accuracy and thoroughness.
  • Lift and move objects up to 20 pounds regularly.
  • Occasionally ascend/descend ladders, stairs, step stools.
  • Work in noisy environments occasionally.
Independent Judgment

Perform tasks under general supervision, using established procedures and some innovation. Make recommendations on work procedures, policies, and practices.
