Bass Pro Shops in Leeds, AL is seeking a part-time seasonal CLUB Customer Service Associate to deliver world-class service, promote CLUB memberships, and support account processing and sales. You will be the CLUB expert, guiding guests through applications and benefits while maintaining the CLUB Booth and inventory accuracy.

You will engage customers, process payments, respond to questions, and provide a top-tier member experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a customer service environment preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to adapt to new processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers proactively and promote Bass Pro Shops CLUB membership or enhance current member experiences.
• Execute CLUB operations and compliance programs, including member activations and sales.
• Demonstrate products and stay informed about advertised promotions.
• Maintain accurate CLUB inventory and keep the CLUB Booth clean and organized.
• Process payments, answer account questions, process applications, and provide CLUB member service.
