Bass Pro Shops in Hammond, IN is seeking a part-time CLUB Customer Service Outfitter to deliver world-class guest service and promote CLUB membership. You will be the product expert, guide customers through CLUB processes, and support account servicing and compliance initiatives.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, presenting CLUB benefits, processing applications, and providing a full CLUB Member experience while meeting store metrics.

• Provide full CLUB Member experience including processing payments, applications, and account questions.
• Offer daily feedback and reporting; support peers and act as a CLUB ambassador across store areas.
