Responsibilities

• Stocks bar, mixes and serves beverages, assists with inventory records.
• Maintains inventory control and communicates needs to management.
• Ensures compliance with state liquor laws and SOPs.
• Communicates guest requests to the Department Manager.
• Performs opening/closing duties including cash handling.
• Operates POS system and handles banquet service as needed.
