Job summary

The Club at Longview is seeking a hardworking, enthusiastic Server/Bartender to join our Front of House team in Waxhaw, NC. You will prepare, mix, and serve drinks and beverages, ensuring friendly service to members and guests.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, maintaining bar stock, handling orders and payments, and complying with all regulations. A high school diploma and at least one year of related experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent education required.
• Minimum one-year related experience and/or training.
• Of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages.
• Knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and standard mixed drink recipes.
• Excellent listening skills, oral communication skills, organizational skills, and positive interpersonal skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests warmly and provide attentive service.
• Prepare, mix, and serve drinks according to standard recipes.
• Record drink orders accurately and handle payments.
• Maintain bar stock and cleanliness; monitor inventory.
• Comply with all alcohol, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Attend staff meetings and training as required.
