Job summary

Invited is seeking a Bartender to uphold beverage control, pour accurately, and serve drinks while keeping the bar clean and organized. You will deliver the 3-steps of service and provide a warm, personalized experience to members and guests.

Responsibilities include taking orders, addressing issues professionally, stocking the bar, and maintaining a safe, efficient service area. Prior F&B experience and safety certifications are preferred; excellent communication is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
• Certification in alcohol and foodsafety awareness is preferred.
• Previous experience in Food & Beverage service.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Commitment to maintaining the highest ethical work standards.
• Comfortable working in indoor and outdoor environments.
• Basic bar and wine knowledge and ability to open wine bottles.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high standards of service per the F&B training program.
• Assist with the service of food and beverages at the bar.
• Know members’ names and greet them promptly with a warm, personalized experience.
• Accurately take and fulfill member orders in a timely manner.
• Address and resolve complaints professionally with service recovery.
• Prepare the bar for service and ensure items are stocked.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and organize work areas throughout shifts.
• Restock supplies and complete daily assignments as required.
• Stay knowledgeable about the menu, features, and specials.
• Support team and participate in required club activities.
