Focus Fitness Club is a fun and energetic health club in the heart of South San Jose. We pride ourselves on providing a welcoming atmosphere and a facility where our community can workout and get results. Our health club is clean, organized, and well stocked with state-of-the art equipment. In addition, our main goals are to provide the best customer service, sell any prospective customer on the benefits from joining our club, and consistently keeping our club organized and clean.

About the Position:

We are now looking for a special candidate who has previous experience in sales and customer service, preferably in the health club industry. All candidates should expect to the following to be a part of their duties;

• Providing excellent customer service in person or over the phone with above average communication skills.
• Providing tours and answering questions to prospective new members. Being able to professionally communicate all of the benefits of being a member.
• Properly explaining the benefits of one-on-one and group training with our Certified Personal Trainers.
• Cleaning, organizing, and sanitizing on a regular basis for the safety of our members.
• Follow up on leads, drive new referrals, and upsell all customers when necessary.
• Engage with current members to ensure their satisfaction level with the facility and operations are at optimal levels.
• Enforce facility rules among members at all times as needed.
• Handle payments for front-end retail items and the ability to blend smoothies efficiently.

About the Benefits:

This position is either a part-time or full-time position. Health Insurance, Dental, and Vision are available after 60 days of full-time employment. Comped membership and store discounts are available to most employees.

We already accept some insurance plans that subsidize membership dues and plan on growing that reimbursement plan portfolio.
